CTC Kids Improv Workshop

  • Østerbrohuset (Danselokale) 103 Århusgade København, 2100 Denmark (map)

Do your kids want to have a ton of fun while also learning some amazing communication and teamwork skills?

Sign them up for CTC’s Kids Improv Workshop with teacher Rudy Hidding! It’s perfect for kids who want to try improv comedy, meet new friends, and have a lot of fun.

SO...WHAT IS IMPROV?

Improv - short for improvisation - is the art of making things up on the spot—characters, song lyrics, situations, whole scenes! Kids learn to listen -really listen- and be super aware of what is happening in the moment. It is similar to team sports, in that kids practice different skills and techniques with their teammates. Improv encourages critical and creative thinking, while allowing kids to trust their instincts so they don’t second guess themselves.

YES, AND?

There will be two different groups, based upon age:

10:00 - 12:00: Ages 7-10

13:00 - 15:00: Ages 11-15

The workshop will be held in English.

No previous experience of improv or performing is necessary.

Please note that the workshop is for kids only. Parents are welcome to wait outside the workshop venue.
