A welcoming night of script reading
Come act, listen, or just enjoy the theatre vibes
Each month, we gather to read a play aloud — no stage, no pressure, no prior experience needed. You can take a role or simply enjoy the story as it unfolds. Whether you're a theatre fan, new in town, or just curious, our sessions are free and open to all. We'll share the script on the day — just bring a device to follow along.

Close to Home!
8 April 2026 @ 18:30
Home is where the drama is.
Some stories take us to faraway places. Others remind us that the most complicated, funny, and quietly dramatic moments happen much closer to home.
This month’s reading explores the idea of home. Not just the place, but the people, expectations, and histories that come with it. The roles we fall into, the ones we try to escape, and the strange familiarity of the worlds we think we know best. Join us for an evening of recognisable characters, sharp dialogue, and the kind of drama that feels just a little bit too real.
