A welcoming night of script reading
Come act, listen, or just enjoy the theatre vibes
Each month, we gather to read a play aloud — no stage, no pressure, no prior experience needed. You can take a role or simply enjoy the story as it unfolds. Whether you're a theatre fan, new in town, or just curious, our sessions are free and open to all. We'll share the script on the day — just bring a device to follow along.

Under Pressure!
11 March 2026 @ 18:30
What happens when the world expects you to be someone you’re not?
In the same week that Lover Boy, our queer burlesque musical, takes to the stage, our March play reading explores the quiet tension between public appearances and private truths — the careful performances we give, the roles we adopt, and the pressure to fit neatly into the lives others imagine for us.
Set in a time of strict expectations and polite society, our script asks what it really costs to live authentically when conformity feels safer, simpler, and quietly expected. Beneath the civility and humour, there is something more fragile at stake: identity, love, and the courage to be seen as you truly are.
And don’t miss Lover Boy itself — overspilling with queer joy and running 10–15 March at Biblioteket Rentemestervej.
