Welcome to the Copenhagen Theatre Circle
We are Denmark’s oldest English-language theatre group. We put on four major productions a year: an autumn play, a Christmas Panto, a spring production, and a summer Fringe Festival. As a non-profit organization, all of our members are amateur volunteers, and together we create amazing theatrical experiences.
We are always eager to welcome new members, both on stage and off.
In addition to our mainstage productions, we host regular play readings, open stage events, and other social gatherings that are open to all.
Get started
Come to Open Stage
Our Open Stage event welcomes performers of all genres: poets, storytellers, stand-up comedians, singers, dancers, clowns, musicians, magicians, and more.
Everyone is invited to perform or just come and watch! Free to attend and perform.
Join a play reading
If you’ve never tried acting, our play readings are a great place to start. There’s no need to prepare anything in advance and everyone who wants to read a part will get a chance.
The play reading events are a great chance to meet other people who love theatre. Everyone is welcome to attend.
